Yes! Jump & Wine trips are only open to fully vaccinated individuals.
Your visa requirement will depend on your country of nationality and current country of residence. If unsure, you can use a website such as onlinevisa.com to find out. It is your responsibility to ensure that you acquire the necessary visas and travel documents to travel to the trip destination. You will not be refunded if you miss any part of a trip due to not having the required documents for travel.
Unless stated, travel insurance is not included in your package. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This is why we recommend having travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances. However, on a case-by-case basis, we will consider transfer requests for a fee.

Yes, Jump & Wine Travel trips are currently only open to persons who identify as women. For our carnival trips, this means persons who would be registering for a band’s female package.
Depending on the trip, airport transfers might be included in your package. Please see the trip details for the list of inclusions.
Please note that if airport transfers are included, it might only cover a specified airport and only be included for the first and last date of the trip.
If airport transfers are not included, we can arrange airport transfers for an additional fee or we recommend booking an Uber or Lyft before/after your flight.

Unless otherwise stated, meals and drinks are not included. Some exceptions include drinks-inclusive and all-inclusive fetes or picnics and wine tastings.
You can reserve your spot as soon as trips are published on our website. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure your spot is secured. Your spot is not reserved until a deposit (+ payment plan agreement) or full payment is received.
Once you’ve made a payment you’ll receive an email welcoming you to the trip. If you do not receive this email, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be happy to confirm your payment has been received and your spot secured.
Your final price will be based on your package selection and any add-ons or upgrades.
Payments are accepted via PayPal (including major credit & debit cards), bank transfers, Zelle, Venmo or other methods as listed on the trip page or payment plan invoice.
Yes, you can pay for this trip with a monthly payment plan. A deposit is required to secure your spot. Afterwards, we will send you a breakdown of your payment due dates and balances.
Upgrades will be facilitated on a case-by-case basis, but the earlier the request is received, the more likely it is that it can be accommodated. If you booked with a roommate, they will either need to agree to also upgrade or be matched with another roommate.
Downgrades from single occupancy to double occupancy are almost never possible.
Double occupancy usually means there are two separate beds. Jump & Wine does not match strangers to share a bed.
However, if you are booking with a friend (i.e not asking to be matched with a roommate by us), you are welcome to share beds for any of our double, triple or quad occupancy packages.
Of course! The default package only includes accommodations for the trip dates, but if you arrive before or leave after, you can arrange your own accommodations for the extra days or we can extend your accommodations depending on availability. Airport transfer is also subject to availability.
The package covers the dates listed. You can stay for part of or the entirety of the trip, however the package price remains the same and cannot be prorated.
Generally, carnival trips only happen in each destination once a year because that is the nature of carnival. Wine trips are hosted several times a year and some destinations are repeated.
